[ Our Management Profile ]
The management team of Humanity First is comprised
entirely of volunteers with a combination of disaster
relief and long term project experience. The passion
and driving motivation that our members possess
allow them to provide a high degree of service to
those overcome by hardships.
In planning operations, the team assesses specific
incidents and candidate projects which can vary
from individual families and individuals who are
assessed locally, to villages and scenarios which
are assessed centrally to prioritise work.
In all cases, Humanity First ensures that only a
patron’s need and our ability to help are
considered in the selection process; thus emphasising
that we do not allow race, religion nor politics
to pose as a barrier or hinder our consideration
to aid those in need. Our ethos is to serve all
of mankind and to restore communities to the degree
that they become self sufficient and have a sustainable
and promising future.
